AMS PSR

On behalf of DHSC , we are looking for an Accounts Manager Inside IR35  for a contract ending 31st of March 2027 based Hybrid in either London or Leeds 

As a Accounts Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

• Work closely with the head of Programme Operations and workstreams to develop and embed tools, risk and issue registers, develop project templates, guidance and reporting tools
• Work with members of workstreams to investigate the causes of any variance from plan and proactively contribute to the implementation of solutions.
• Management of a risk and issues tracking mechanism and the resolution and escalation processes
• Ensure timely and accurate detailed information analysis and reporting to management on agreed areas of work.
• Provide practical support with data collection, reporting cycles, and assurance inputs.

Essential:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess options and justify investment decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders and governance boards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead benefits identification and realisation planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels of an organisation.
• Familiarity with programme governance, assurance processes, and public sector investment frameworks

Desirable:

• Experience in developing and delivering complex business cases in line with the HM Treasury Five Case Model.
