On behalf of UKRI, we are looking for a Project Manager Inside IR35 for a contract ending in March 2027 based Hybrid with one day per week in Swindon.

As a Project Manager , your main responsibilities will be to:
- Understand what functional changes are required to existing systems (The Funding Services – TFS / GFS / MRC Reporting) to enable all present ‘off-system’ Grants to E2E run on these system.
- Develop the medium to long term plan for Grants reporting processes.
- Develop Options Analysis to understand whether the MRC solution should be expanded or whether functional enhancements in TFS could be developed within reasonable timeline to remove the need for the MRC solution, and if so over what period
- Document any GFS blockers to onboarding present ‘off-system’ Grants. Liaise with the PAMS project to understand whether any necessary GFS changes / or changes to a new integration layer can be enabled within cost and time limits.
- Find agreement with UKRI Funding Policy on what off-system funding types constitute grant funding and should be onboarded onto TFS, and what solution is required for those that do not need to onboard to TFS.
Essential:
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to think systematically and make sound decisions in uncertain and ambiguous environments.
- Proven experience in developing high-quality business cases and written documentation.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks, with the ability to successfully apply Agile methodologies to digital projects and integrate them into broader delivery environments.
Desirable:
- SalesForce implementation & configuration experience
