On behalf of Homes England, we are looking for a Project Support Officer Inside IR35 for a 1 month contract based remotely.

As a Project Support Officer, your main responsibilities will be:

Essential:

• Following the establishment of the National Housing Bank (NHB), operating as an operating as a subsidiary of Homes England, a series of administrative tasks are required to migrate the existing portfolio of recoverable investment from the Agency to the NHB.
• This role will be essential to support the successful migration of the portfolio by supporting the Delivery Enabling Service and Transaction and Portfolio Management Delivery teams with the administration of an Agency consultant instruction system (Transaction Management System (TMS)), facilitating the transfer of instructions to the NHB, including new financial codes.
• The role will involve working though a provided list of existing instructions, recreating these through TMS system under the new financial codes and then closing down the legacy appointments
• The role will involve active prioritisation, ensuring the near-term requirements (where instructions need to be re-set up in April) are ready for use when needed before progressing onto instructions required later
• To ensure visibility of activity and completed set-up/close down the role holder will need to maintain a log of progress and ensure any issues are escalated
• Engagement across teams will be needed, ensuring the Delivery Enabling Services Teams and Finance are aware of progress and also ensuring that Project Managers are notified of when activity has been completed
• Other engagement may need to occur with Finance Teams and Governance administration teams if issues arise
• Key attributes are: attention to detail, organisational and time management and communication.
