AMS PSR

On behalf of UKRI, we are looking for a Resourcing Administrator (Inside IR35) for a 3 Month contract based REMOTELY (travel to Swindon or London twice per month).

As a Resourcing Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:

• Post job adverts on company websites and social media platforms
• Work with web and design teams to create candidate packs and support onboarding processes (new starter documentation, system access requests, inductions) as well as preparing offer letters and employment contracts
• Schedule interviews and coordinate diaries between candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare and issue interview confirmations and joining instructions
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure GDPR compliance
• Update recruitment trackers and produce hiring reports

Essential:

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration or office administration
• Understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines
• Familiarity with onboarding and pre-employment checks
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using HR systems
