On behalf of UKRI, we are looking for a Resourcing Administrator (Inside IR35) for a 3 Month contract based REMOTELY (travel to Swindon or London twice per month).

As a Resourcing Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:
- Post job adverts on company websites and social media platforms
- Work with web and design teams to create candidate packs and support onboarding processes (new starter documentation, system access requests, inductions) as well as preparing offer letters and employment contracts
- Schedule interviews and coordinate diaries between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare and issue interview confirmations and joining instructions
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure GDPR compliance
- Update recruitment trackers and produce hiring reports
Essential:
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration or office administration
- Understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines
- Familiarity with onboarding and pre-employment checks
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using HR systems
Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
