AMS PSR

On behalf of IBCA, we are looking for a ERP Systems Lead (Inside IR35) for a 4 month contract based REMOTELY with the expectation to travel as and when required to London or Newcastle

As a ERP Systems Lead, your main responsibilities will be:

• Act as the internal ERP owner and SME, managing day-to-day operations and vendor relationships (Cabinet Office and shared services)
• Maintain documentation of processes, approvals, hierarchies, and system design principles.
• Serve as the single point of contact for ERP within IBCA, supporting issue resolution and leading finance representation during ERP migration.
• Oversee financial systems and data alignment initiatives, including testing and implementation of the new ERP system.
• Develop and deliver training for finance and wider organization on ERP system usage.

Essential:

• You will hold experience within finance transformation
• Expert level understanding of ERP systems, ideally Oracle and Workday, with focus on finance.
• Significant experience of ERP migration
