On behalf of the Cabinet Office, we are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager - Policy & Reform (Inside IR35) for a 3 month contract based hybrid in London, York, Sheffield, Manchester, Glasgow 1 day per week.

As an Agile Delivery Manager - Policy & Reform, you will be accountable for the performance of your team. You will build and maintain motivated, collaborative teams, identify and help overcome obstacles, and focus the team on what is most important for product and service delivery. You will also encourage continuous improvement and coach team members in appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques. In this role, you will specifically operate directly with accelerators and policy teams, facilitating their work and ensuring successful outcomes.
Essential:
- Building and maintaining motivated, collaborating, and well-functioning teams;
- Identifying and helping teams overcome obstacles;
- Encouraging and facilitating continuous improvement within the delivery team;
- Facilitating the delivery flow of a team, managing pace and tempo;
- Actively addressing internal and external risks, issues, and dependencies.
Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
