AMS PSR

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has been set up to provide health security for the nation by protecting from infectious disease and external hazards. It will need to take action like no other organisation previously in order to mitigate threats to health before they materialise. UKHSA will be a trusted source of advice to government and to the public.

On behalf of The UK Health Security Agency, we are looking for a Project Officer for a contract ending 31st of March with possibility to be extended  based Hybrid 2-3 days a week in London

As a Project Support Officer your main responsibilities will be to:

• Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple projects.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Support stakeholder communications and engagement activities.
• Assist with risk and issue tracking and follow-up actions,
• Help ensure compliance with programme governance processes

Essential:

• Experience in a project support or administrative role supporting G7 stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, SharePoint).
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn

Desirable:

• Experience with change management methodologies and tools (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
• Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or equivalent are desirable.
