AMS PSR

On behalf of UKSBS , we are looking for a Business Analyst  Inside IR35  for a 6 months contract based Hybrid with 4 days a month in the office .

As a Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements to ensure operational teams are prepared for day-one delivery.
• Act as a confident and assertive liaison in client-facing situations, gathering and validating requirements
• Apply Agile and hybrid (Waterfall/Agile) methodologies to deliver business analysis effectively.
• Demonstrate high initiative and self-motivation in identifying process improvements and driving efficiency.

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
• Experience in client onboarding
• Understanding of working in a shared service

Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
