Description & Requirements


On behalf of National Savings & Investments, we are looking for a Workforce Planning Manager (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract hybrid based ideally in London, alternatively our client will consider Lytham St Annes, Glasgow or Durham

This role is subject to Baseline Personnel Security Standard and financial credit checks.


As a Workforce Planning Manager, your main responsibilities will be:


  • Develop and analyze large, complex data sets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
  • Present data in a clear and compelling way for audiences without technical expertise.
  • Advise and influence stakeholders by leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Identify risks and opportunities from data and recommend practical solutions.
  • Design and build Power BI dashboards and implement automated reporting to streamline processes.


Essential:


  • Data Analysis – ability to develop and analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
  • Data Presentation – skilled at presenting information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Stakeholder Influenceproven capability to advise and influence stakeholders using data-driven insights.
  • Risk Identificationstrong aptitude for spotting risks through data and recommending practical solutions.
  • Power BI & Automation – experience in building Power BI dashboards and implementing automated reporting processes.
  • HR Expertise – understanding of HR processes and workforce data management.



Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
