Description & Requirements

On behalf of GLD, we are looking for a Legal Systems Compliance Practice Manager (Inside IR35) for a 12 month contract based Hybrid - 3 days in London.


As a Legal Systems Compliance Practice Manager, your main responsibilities will be:


  • Communicating clear direction on best practice on compliance and using legal systems.
  • Developing and revising guidance and providing training on legal systems and compliance.
  • Demonstrating a confident approach in engaging and communicating with teams and individuals along with good written skills.
  • Interpreting and communicating the results of high-level reports.
  • Providing support to Team Leaders, Business Management colleagues, Lexcel and CMS Champions.
  • Supporting the development and change process of CMS.
  • Supporting GLD in preparing for Legal Practice Management system including review /cleanse of CMS data.


Essential:


  • Ability to work within a fast- paced environment, to set deadlines and prioritise workloads.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in using excel and interpreting management information. 


Desirable:


  • Experience of the legal systems mentioned above.
