AMS PSR

On behalf of DESNZ, we are looking for a Procurement Sourcing Manager for a 6 Month (Inside IR35) contract based in any UK wide office (Hybrid)

As a Procurement Sourcing Manager your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead the sourcing process, including: market engagement, launching procurements on the e-sourcing portal, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations
• The role is primarily Sourcing, involving the identification of the most Value for money ways to contract, leading end to end competitive and single source procurement activities.
•  You will provide commercial advice and guidance, ensuring all procurement activities represent best value for money and all activity undertaken is in line with HMG procurement policy, applicable regulations, and best practice.
• You will initiate, develop and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholder, to enable early identification and resolution of issues.
• You will uphold and evidence commercial best practice and transparency through updating and maintaining of the commercial E-Procurement system, Jaggaer.
• You will maintain the Commercial Activity Log (Pipeline) for our up-and-coming projects and our Contracts Agreement Register.

Essential:

• Sourcing experience using CCS frameworks
• Running end to end procurement processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to use E-procurement systems (Jaggaer preferred)

Desirable:

• Central Government Procurement experience
