Description & Requirements

On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for an HR Business Partner Support - (INSIDE IR35) for a 6 - month contract working on a hybrid basis and with an expectation of 3 days per week in the Cardiff / Swansea / Newport office and 2 remote working days

As a HR Business Partner Support - (INSIDE IR35) your main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide proactive HR support to HR Business Partner teams and the business for delivering HR plans.
  • Offer project management support, tracking, measuring, and communicating project timelines.
  • Conduct research, reporting, analysis, and produce reports for HR initiatives.
  • Continuously improve HR support by identifying and developing solutions


Essential: 

  • HR and Employee Relations Expertise: Experience in employee relations, understanding of employment legislation, and supporting HR initiatives and projects.
  • Organisational and Communication Skills: Highly organised with exceptional time management, strong written and verbal communication, high accuracy and attention to detail, and experience in event coordination.
  • Adaptability and Technical Proficiency: Resilient, adaptable, IT literate with strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and capable of working under pressure in large, complex organisations.


Desirable:

  • CIPD Qualified or relevant HR Support experience.
  • Graduate calibre
