On behalf of IBCA , we are looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Manager Inside IR35 for a 6 months contract based Hybrid Newcastle

As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager , your main responsibilities will be:

As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager, you will:

• Lead delivery across complex programmes involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Champion Agile and Lean principles, driving continuous improvement across teams.
• Help multidisciplinary teams plan, organise and deliver work effectively.
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies to keep delivery on track.
• Provide meaningful delivery metrics and reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe team environment.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and delivery challenges.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across IBCA and wider business areas.
• Coach and support teams to improve capability, efficiency and performance.
• Contribute to the Delivery Community of Practice by sharing knowledge and best practice.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience delivering digital products and services in Agile environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within large, complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum, Kanban and Lean principles.
• Experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• The ability to plan delivery outcomes while dealing with uncertainty and change.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies and blockers across multiple teams.
• A track record of building high-performing teams and promoting psychological safety.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A proactive approach to learning, development and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, facilitation and coaching abilities.
