On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a Project Manager for a 8 months contract based 2 days a week in London, 1 day in Romford, 1 day in Basildon and 1 day Cheshunt.

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards, following GRIP, Railway Group, Network Rail standards, and CDM Regulations.
- Provide consistent, professional project management services, including monitoring and reporting, in line with Railway Group and Network Rail guidelines.
- Participate in developing supply strategies and framework contracts.
- Contribute detailed input for business plans and project/programme plans.
- Manage project changes, risks, and contingencies, providing necessary details for Sponsor authorisation.
- Ensure a safe working environment, including developing project safety plans and related documentation.
Essential:
- Proven project management experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and detailed knowledge of safety regulations (especially CDM).
- Effective team leader with commercial and financial expertise, capable of managing change and motivating teams.
- Experience with Network Rail maintenance, overline isolation processes, and familiarity with NR standards.
Desirable:
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt
