AMS PSR

On behalf of Network Rail, we are currently creating a pipeline for an upcoming opportunity for x2 Planners for a 3–4-month contract- hybrid working based in York.

As a Planner, your main responsibilities will be:

• Produce a robust training delivery plan to accommodate all Network Rail Training Catalogues and meet annual ley performance indicators and customer demand in conjunction with delegates and training team members.
• Maximist trainer and venue utilisation through regular reporting, monitoring and collaboration with delegates and training team members. Consider

the health and wellbeing of trainers and customers when producing the training plan

• Actively support delivery of the Planning & Administration volumes and annual Key Performance Indicators.

Essential: 

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and quality driven approach to working

Desirable:

• A knowledge of the railway industry and rail training sector
• A knowledge of training catalogue and training supply chain
• A knowledge of Training Standards
