On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for an Asset Engineer (Assessments) for a 12 Month hybrid contract based in York.

As an Asset Engineer (Assessments), your main responsibilities will be:
- To use structural engineering expertise to support to the team with assessment reviews.
- To support the management of structures assessment compliance in accordance with Network Rail standards.
- To support the assessment of structures assets and the evaluation of structural assessment reports in accordance with functional policy, systems and standards.
- To undertake engineering analysis and risk assessments of assets or asset components to support the assessment process.
Essential:
- Experience producing assessments for structures and buildings. (Structural Assessments). Alternatively, experience carrying out the design of structures and buildings.
- Hold a recognised Civil/Structural Engineering degree.
- Be either an Incorporated Engineer or Chartered Engineer.
