On behalf of the CPS, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Inside IR35 for a 6 Month contract (with possible extension) based Hybrid - Remote & 40% in CPS Office.
The CPS prosecutes criminal cases that have been investigated by the police and other investigative organisations in England and Wales. The CPS is independent, and they make their decisions independently of the police and government. Their duty is to make sure that the right person is prosecuted for the right offence, and to bring offenders to justice wherever possible.

As a Senior Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Define, document, and execute mixed-size projects, participating in all phases.
- Engage with financial teams, create plans & lead these through project management processes.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure communication plans are followed.
- Identify, measure, and track project benefits; manage risks and issues.
- Estimate costs, timescales, and resources; prepare and track realistic project plans; ensure project delivery within budget and timeline.
You'll have:
- Demonstrable Senior Project Management experience - ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - internal & external.
- Expert communication & interpersonal skills.
- Communications planning knowledge.
- An understanding of Finance - desirable.
- A relevant PM qualification - APM or similar - desirable.
