The Higher Executive Officer will be the senior responsible officer for the deployment unit, motivating the team in uncertain and ever-changing work environments.

As a Higher Executive Officer, your main responsibilities will be:

• Motivating and leading the deployment unit team
• Engaging effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
• Working collaboratively with operational areas to embed the unit and maximize efficiency
• Actively engage with the SMT, responding to their needs and providing support
• Managing team performance and ensure performance and quality assurance data is captured and reported back to Central Hub

Essential:

• High level of confidentiality in HR and operational matters
• Management experience or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
• Ability to work with various stakeholders
• Experience in a changing environment focused on Service Level Agreements
