The Customer Service Advisor will handle inbound calls from customers regarding tax accounts, perform administrative tasks, and assist customers via Web Chat and Digital Mail Service.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will be:
- Handling inbound calls from customers regarding tax accounts
- Performing administrative tasks and assist customers via Web Chat and Digital Mail Service
- Providing accurate information, resolve queries, and escalate issues as needed
- Updating HMRC systems and manage customer data with sensitivity
Essential:
- Strong communication and telephony skills
- Passion for customer service
- Confident IT user (MS Office proficiency required)
- Ability to travel to HMRC locations as needed
- Pass a standard DBS check and provide proof of Right to Work in the UK
