On behalf of Public Sector Resourcing, we are looking for an Administrative Officer (AO) for a contract based at various locations nationwide.

The Administrative Officer will provide administrative support, following set procedures while exercising some independent judgment under general supervision.


As an Administrative Officer, your main responsibilities will be:


  • Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report
  • Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
  • Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required
  • Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources
  • Preparing routine correspondence


Essential:


  •  Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office
  •  Good communication skills, both oral and written
