Description & Requirements

On behalf of UKRI, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager (Inside IR35) for a contract which is running to the end of December 2025 which is hybrid and required 1 day a week in the Swindon office.

As a Technical Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be:


  • Work alongside the current Project manager essentially as a buddy
  • Understands technical landscape of fusion & how tech processes underpin JML processes
  • Assisting & Feeding into the current Project management
  • Busy & advisor to current Project manager
  • Regular comms & updates
  • Be able to explain tech in simple terms to non tech people


Essential Skills


  • Extensive experience of implementing JML in Oracle Fusion
  • Strong technical project management experience and delivery
  • Understands technology as a enabler – strong business focus, understands business processes
  • Stakeholder/comms management at all levels, work to build relationships as required
  • Strong self starter with a positive pro active approach
