AMS PSR

On behalf of UKRI, we are looking for a Head of Joint Building and Office Services (Inside IR35) for a 6 Month contract based in Swindon.

As a Head of Joint Building and Office Services , your main responsibilities will be:

• Management of the JBOS team.
• Oversight & Management of TFM services and contractors (Hard, Soft & Security Services).
• Liaison with Government departments most notably Government Property Agency (GPA).
• Neighbours/Stakeholders liaison.
• Management of on-site Polaris House tenants.
• Attendance and participation in relevant on/off site meetings.
• Environmental and energy management.
• General building maintenance repair and PPM.
• General Customer/staff  liaison at all levels.

Essential:

• Broad experience across Facilities Management/Property Management.
• Experience of liaising with Landlords.
• Good stakeholder engagement and general communication skills.
