On behalf of the Cabinet Office, we are looking for a System Data Analyst (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract based in Swindon.

We are seeking a detail-oriented System Data Analyst to support data management, analysis, and modeling for [IWMS/CAFM or enterprise] systems. The ideal candidate will have experience handling large datasets, ensuring data integrity, and optimising system performance through structured data analysis and modeling techniques.
SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.
As a System Data Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyse, cleanse, and manipulate datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain data models to support system functionality and business decision-making.
- Apply data modeling patterns to improve system performance and reporting.
- Work with IWMS (e.g., Planon, Archibus, Tririga) or CAFM platforms to manage and structure facilities data.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize system data workflows.
- Assist in system implementation, data migration, and integration projects.
- Generate reports and insights from data to support operational and strategic planning.
Essential:
SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data cleansing, and data modeling.
- Experience with IWMS, CAFM, or similar enterprise systems (e.g., Planon, Archibus, Tririga, IBM Maximo).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
Desirable:
- Experience in Facilities Management environment
