AMS PSR

On behalf of UKRI, we are looking for a Project Manager InsideIR35 for a contracting ending March 2027 contract based REMOTELY with occasional travel to Swindon.

As a Project Manager , your main responsibilities will be to:

• Implement a new Identity & Access Management solution across UKRI.’
• Establish project structure, controls, RAID management, and reporting aligned to UKRI priorities.
• Manage extended discovery phase, ensuring requirements capture, stakeholder input, and development of a robust full business case
• Coordinate across UKRI councils, suppliers, and partners to ensure alignment, engagement, and timely delivery
• Proactively manage delivery risks (technical, organisational, security) and ensure alignment with Security Roadmap, Objectives and Outcomes
• Manage delivery of IAM capabilities (e.g. IGA replacement, PAM rollout etc.), ensuring smooth transition from legacy services to the new solution

Essential:

• Experience in delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Experience working within Microsoft security environment
• Proven ability to engage with and manage stakeholders effectively.

• Experience operating in comprehensive procurement / supplier processes.

  Demonstrate successful track record of complex project delivery, with the ability to manage large, multi-year, high-risk projects across federated organisations with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
