On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a Risk Practitioner (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract which is a hybrid role so requires up to 3 days a week in either the Swindon or Bristol office locations

As a Risk Practitioner, your main responsibilities will be:
- Facilitate and deliver Cost and Schedule QRA using @Risk and Safran.
- Maintain risk registers whilst ensuring the outcome of workshops and interviews are accurately reflected.
- Ensure that risks are kept up to date and that aggregated risks are identified and escalated where necessary including liaison with other Risk Practitioners.
- Work with managers to help identify, assess, manage, review, monitor, report and communicate key risks which could affect business aims and objectives.
- Analyse risk data to produce reports and briefings to support and inform managers, facilitate workshops and ensure that risks are translated throughout the business.
Essential Skills
- Experience of risk management delivery within a busy department ideally within the Rail sector
- Experience and skills with the Safran system
- Experience in the writing of reports and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Experience across risk analysis in a busy role
Desirable Skills
- Rail experience in a similar role will be highly beneficial
