On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for an Asset Delivery Manager for a 6 month contract based hybrid in Stratford.

We are seeking proactive and delivery-focused candidate to support the development and execution of asset management and maintenance projects. This role is hands-on and operational, focusing on implementing business processes, coordinating change initiatives, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and regulatory requirements.
As an Asset Delivery Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Work on specific projects to support the asset management plan and team objectives.
- Develop and maintain templates, plans, and documentation for change and maintenance programmes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business needs and compliance standards.
- Assist in designing and implementing new ways of working to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Monitor progress against plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and legislative requirements.
- Provide hands-on support across project phases, from planning through to delivery and review.
Essential:
- Proven experience in programme or project delivery within infrastructure, asset management, or maintenance environments.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to infrastructure projects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment.
