On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for an Asset Data and Integration Manager for a 6 month contract based hybrid in Stratford.

As an Asset Data and Integration Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and maintain the Network Rail High Speed (NRHS) asset management plan integrating all maintenance, renewal and enhancement activities, making informed decisions based on asset condition, performance and cost efficiency requirements. Develop and maintain NRHS’ asset management framework, including the Strategic Asset Management Plan in accordance with ISO 55000 requirements.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on asset metrics and produce periodic / quarterly / annual inputs into key meetings and regulatory / contractual reporting requirements
- Lead the team to understand and develop NRHS’ data reporting requirements, enabling data to be turned into timely intelligence, which can be used to make business decisions on asset maintenance and renewals.
- Develop and monitor asset data specifications and governance standards for NRHS to comply with agreed standards. Implement data assurance regimes, including the verification of condition of data and conduct / engage with audits both internally and externally including with regulatory bodies.
- Develop asset management system requirements and manage existing systems, to provide accurate, available and complete data for NRHS engineering and delivery teams.
- Identify and manage the implementation of initiatives for asset management related activities including, but not restricted to, system safety, asset performance, asset maintenance and renewals to drive improvements
Essential:
- Extensive knowledge of asset management processes and techniques
- Extensive knowledge of data systems, standards, and process integrity
- Ability to demonstrate an analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills
- Detailed understanding of risk assessment methods
- Demonstrable stakeholder management ability to a senior management level
- Good interpersonal, influencing, organisation and communication skills
