Description & Requirements


On behalf of HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS), we are looking for a Content Designer (Inside IR35) for a 6 Month contract based Remotely with occasional travel to the Rugby office.


HM Courts & Tribunals Service is responsible for the administration of criminal, civil and family Courts and Tribunals in England & Wales. Their roles support service users and colleagues within HMCTS, where people and businesses access potentially life-changing justice. We’re looking for individuals who are committed to public service and making a difference in people’s lives to deliver justice.


As a Content Designer, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including Leadership, Talent and Capability Consultants, and policy leads, to deliver on strategic priorities and ensure learning products are engaging, innovative, inspiring, and impactful.
  • Support the curation and procurement of learning design products and interventions from external providers, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to identify best practice.
  • Build strong relationships and demonstrating expertise and passion for educational innovation to improve capability and help individuals fulfil their potential across the MoJ family.
  • Design learning initiatives using creative, innovative, and evidence-based approaches that deliver impact to both learners and the organisation.


Essential:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Practical experience in applying learning design theory to the development of learning products.
  • Experience with Adobe design products
  • Previous public sector experience.
