Description & Requirements

On behalf of the CPS, we are looking for a Programme Manager (Inside IR35) for a 9 Month (until 31st March 2027) contract based REMOTELY.


The CPS prosecutes criminal cases that have been investigated by the police and other investigative organisations in England and Wales. The CPS is independent, and they make their decisions independently of the police and government.


Their duty is to make sure that the right person is prosecuted for the right offence, and to bring offenders to justice wherever possible.

This role sits at the heart of a high-profile programme to implement both a new Oracle Onboarding platform and a recruitment Applicant Tracking System, enabling a more streamlined, data-driven and user-focused end-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience.


As a Programme Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

implementing, mobilising and delivering this complex transformation programme, establishing effective governance, delivery frameworks, planning, and reporting across multiple business, HR, digital and supplier stakeholders.

The role will ensure alignment between strategic workforce objectives, system design and operational delivery, translating requirements into deliverable plans and an integrated implementation roadmap.

Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders and partners to drive delivery against key milestones and strategic objectives.
