On behalf of Homes England, we are looking for HR Administrators x 2 - (Inside IR35) for a 3-month contract based REMOTELY
Homes England, the government’s housing and regeneration agency, plays a central role in tackling the housing challenges the country now faces. Following the publication of the government’s Levelling Up White Paper, Homes England has also been tasked with a core role in spearheading regeneration, partnering with places to reduce economic disparity, empower local leaders and create equal opportunities across the country to ensure communities reach their full potential.
As HR Administrators x 2 - (Inside IR35), your main responsibilities will be:
- Handle HR transactional queries through to resolution.
- Protect personal data, ensuring GDPR compliance in documents.
- Have an understanding of pension schemes and application of the rules.
- Support departments to recruit effectively.
- Effective time management of priorities and deadlines.
- Display good communication skills, including effective written and verbal communication skills. Have an awareness of the wider HR Function including roles, policies and processes.
- Gather, interpret, and present data, consisting of highlighting data insights, trends, issues and potential solutions.
- Build excellent stakeholder relationships.
- Exhibit good project co-ordination and organisational skills.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Correcting HR related data errors
- Supporting hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Retrieving stakeholder approvals on documents (e.g. Directors, HR, Finance)
- Producing and updating org charts

Essential
- Public Sector experience.
- Recruitment and HR administration experience.
- Proven administrative support experience.
- Experience supporting salary offer processes.
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive data.
- Experience maintaining accurate interview records and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with experience checking data accuracy and identifying errors.
- Experience supporting the preparation of business cases.
Desirable
- Experience of using ATS
