Description & Requirements


On behalf of the Cabinet Office, we are currently creating a pipeline for an upcoming opportunity for X2 Commercial Business Partners (Inside IR35) for a 6 month fully remote contract with the possibility that travel maybe required to Newcastle, Glasgow or London.

As a Commercial Business Partner, your main responsibilities will be:


  • Manage the Commercial Lifecycleoversee all phases of the commercial process, from initial strategy development through to contract execution and performance monitoring.
  • Manage market engagement activities including RFI/RFP processes, supplier briefings, and bid evaluations
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with data protection regulations through thorough DPIA processes.


Essential:


  • End to end procurement experience
  • In-depth knowledge of CCS Frameworks
  • Good working knowledge of both PCR 15 and PA 23
  • Ability to run a competitive process under PA 23



Desirable:


  • Experience in running legal and financial procurements
  • MCIPs
  • Delivering digital procurement
  • Experience with spend controls across Cabinet Office
