Description & Requirements


On behalf of NRS, we are looking for a HR Administrator (Inside IR35) for a 12 month hybrid contract based out of any NRS office.


NRS office are based in Berkeley, Chapel cross, Dungeness, Harwell, Hinkley point, Hunterston, Oldbury, Bristol, Sizewell, Trawsfynydd, Winfrith or Wylfa.

As a HR Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:


  • Provide first-line HR support and guidance to employees at all levels
  • Produce and maintain accurate HR documentation, letters and reports
  • Deliver timely, high-quality management information in line with service standards
  • Use Business World and other systems to collect, analyse and report data
  • Maintain accurate electronic employee records and compliant filing systems
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and employment legislation
  • Support HR projects and employee engagement initiatives


Essential:


  • Confident managing a shared HR mailbox and responding to queries
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (or similar)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Previous HR or relevant administrative experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Qualification at Level 3 (England & Wales) / Level 6 (Scotland), e.g. A Levels


Desirable:


  • CIPD qualification
