We are seeking a hands-on IT Asset Management Technical Contractor with in-depth knowledge of Snow Software (Flexera) SAM solutions. This role will support and refine the current ITAM capability, provide technical expertise, and ensure best practice implementation. A key part of the role will be to enable skills transfer and handover to the internal IT Asset Management team.

As a Snow (SAM) Software Consultant, your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide technical expertise in Snow SAM (Flexera) tooling and processes.
• Refine and improve current ITAM data quality, processes, and reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to embed ITAM processes into BAU operations.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, data cleansing, and reporting using Snow SAM.
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to internal ITAM staff.
• Support compliance, audit readiness, and licence optimisation activities.
• Ensure the ITAM platform supports business and governance requirements effectively.

Essential:

• Strong hands-on expertise with Snow (Flexera) Software Asset Management solutions.
• Practical experience in IT Asset Management operations and lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of improving ITAM maturity within organisations.
• Ability to train and mentor technical and non-technical staff.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of licensing models, compliance, and optimisation.
