Description & Requirements

On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a Section Administrator - (INSIDE IR35) for a 6 months contract based in Port Talbot.

Main Duties:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Section Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general office administrative duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the office.


As a Section Administrator your main responsibilities will be:

  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Process time sheets and manage annual leave records for staff.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Populate and maintain spreadsheets with relevant data.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.


Essential: 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
