AMS PSR

On behalf of EANI, we are looking for a Statutory Compliance Maintenance Officer (Inside IR35)  for a 6 month contract. This is a remote working role (flexibility required for travel on an ad-hoc basis - NI Wide).

EA was established on 1 April 2015 under the Education Act (Northern Ireland) 2014. EA is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department of Education (DE) and the Department for the Economy (DfE), responsible for ensuring that efficient and effective primary and secondary education and educational services are available to meet the needs of children and young people, and for ensuring the provision of efficient and effective youth services.

As a Statutory Compliance Maintenance Officer, your main responsibilities will be:

• Invoicing
• Reporting data from dashboards
• Compliance checks
• Monthly meetings with contractors
• Dealing with queries in relation to the School

Essential:

• HNC/HND or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical studies
• Experience of day to day organisation and operation of all matters relating to statutory compliance across a medium to large estate
• Experience of liaising with contractors to ensure statutory compliance KPIs are met
• Demonstrate the ability to work with a wide range of professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team and the technical ability and knowledge to contribute as an effective member of a team
• Flexibility to meet changing demands and to prioritise as required
