AMS PSR

On behalf of IBCA , we are looking for a Business Analyst Inside IR35  for a 3 months  contract based Remotely with occasional travel to Newcastle 

As a Business Analyst , your main responsibilities will be to: 

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements; evaluate processes and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and SMEs to align solutions with business goals.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and lead UAT and training sessions.
• Create process flows, use cases, and maintain functional specs; provide application support and issue resolution.
• Assist in managing change and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Essential:

• Experience with business applications such as CRM, ERP, HR Payroll, Invoices, PO or other enterprise software.
• Experience in working in a complex delivery environments 
• Excellent stakeholder engagement 

Desirable:

• Experience in business readiness 
• Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools and reporting frameworks.
