On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a Business Change Manager (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract (with possible extension). This is a remote working role (flexibility required for travel to Milton Keynes as and when required.

As a Business Change Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Change Strategy Development: Develop and implement change management strategies that maximise employee adoption and usage of products while minimising resistance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives. Understand stakeholder needs and concerns.
- Change Impact Analysis: Conduct impact analyses to assess the effects of changes on business processes, systems, and employees. Identify and address any potential issues that may arise.
- Communication Planning: Create and execute communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress and benefits. Ensure that communication is clear, consistent, and timely.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the progress of change initiatives and report on their effectiveness. Use metrics and feedback to continuously improve change management processes.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the 21CM Tech team, Comms leads, and other Route departments to ensure seamless integration of change initiatives.
You'll have:
- Network Rail experience
- Digital Business Change experience
- Extensive stakeholder engagement experience
- MS Office including PowerPoint and PowerBI experience
