AMS PSR

On behalf of DWP, we are looking for a Digital Business Analyst - Inside IR35 for a 6 Month contract based Hybrid - Remote & 3 days p/week in Manchester or Blackpool.

We are looking for a person to join a multi-disciplinary digital team as part of our Mobility product. The team is responsible for the deployment, configuration and management of the mobile platform hosted currently in Workspace One. We will soon be going through a full migration to SaaS and will need support with this as well as on going project documentation, requirement gathering and Proof of concepts.

As a Digital Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be:

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather and analyse business problems and user needs.
• Translate user requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria using industry-standard syntax.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams, resolving issues and ensuring alignment.
• Document requirements in accessible formats for diverse audiences, supporting clarity and shared understanding.
• Define test scenarios and collaborate with developers and testers to ensure quality delivery and defect resolution.
• Work independently to deliver high-quality requirements documentation, stakeholder engagement, and change impact analysis.

You'll have:

• Demonstrable Agile Business Analysis experience.
• Mobile Device system management experience - Workspace / InTune or similar - essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Jira utilisation experience.
• Product development / proof of concept experience - desirable.
