On behalf of DWP, we are looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator for a 6 Months Inside IR35 contract based Hybrid Blackpool, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds or Sheffield
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is responsible for welfare, pensions, and child maintenance policy. - Provide effective, efficient, and innovative services to the millions of claimants who rely on us every day, including the most vulnerable in society
- Improve experience of our services while maximising value for money for the taxpayer.
As a ServiceNow System Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:
Essential:
- You will work as part of the live operations team responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of all DWP ServiceNow instances together with our Amazon Web Voice capability and supporting infrastructure. This will include providing technical and operational support that safeguards the live service and a focus on platform health & stability.
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in a ServiceNow support role.
- Previous experience of working in an ITSM environment
- Hands-on experience configuring core ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform configuration, implementation, and maintenance
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL Service management practices.
