On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for Senior Administrators for a 4-5 month hybrid contract based in Manchester

As a Senior Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:
- Produce a robust training delivery plan to accommodate all Network Rail Training Catalogues and meet annual ley performance indicators and customer demand in conjunction with delegates and training team members.
- Actively support delivery of the Planning & Administration volumes and annual Key Performance Indicators.
- Forecast the cost of the training delivery plan against customer budgets and monitor records of expenditure on external suppliers to identify risks to the training delivery team.
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality driven approach to working
- You must have the ability to think on your feet and make decisions
- Resilient with the ability to work at speed in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, ie excel, PowerPoint and word
Desirable:
- A knowledge of the railway industry and rail training sector
- A knowledge of training catalogue and training supply chain
- Experience of working in a training environment
