On behalf of National Savings & Investments, we are looking for a Workforce Planning Manager (Inside IR35) for a 6 month hybrid contract based ideally in London, however our client will consider Lytham St Annes, Glasgow or Durham.

This role is subject to Baseline Personnel Security Standard and financial credit checks.
As a Workforce Planning Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Resourcing and workforce planning in a complex transformation programme.
- Strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and operational delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with Programme Managers, Team Leads, SLT.
- Manage competing priorities with strong organisational skills.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint lists and Power Automate workflows.
- Create and maintain Visio organisation charts.
Essential
- Advanced Excel and Power BI – ability to create complex reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
- Microsoft Visio – skilled in designing and maintaining organisational charts and process flows.
- Power Automate and SharePoint Workflows – experience in automating processes and managing document workflows.
- Stakeholder Engagement – proven ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
- Data Interpretation – adept at analysing workforce, capacity, and financial data to support decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
