On behalf of the Bank of England, we are looking for a Reward Analyst (Inside IR35) for a 9 month hybrid contract based from Leeds or London (2 days in the office and the remainder is working from home)
If the successful candidate for this role is based in Leeds there will be an expectation to visit the London office 1 day per month.

As a Reward Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:
- Conducting detailed analysis of reward data to support the development and implementation of reward strategies.
- Taking a key role in the annual salary review process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Preparing and presenting reports on gender pay gap and equal pay audits.
- Conducting annual benchmarking exercises to inform reference points for various roles within the organization.
- Reviewing and maintaining reward policies to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
- Evaluating job roles and providing recommendations on appropriate reward packages.
- Responding to reward-related queries from employees and providing expert advice.
Essential:
- Experience of Reward and/or job evaluation
- Good written communication skills, being sensitive to audience and subject matter diversity
- Gender pay gap reporting
- Proficient excel skills
- SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
Desirable:
- Experience in Oracle.
