AMS PSR

On behalf of the Serious Fraud Office , we are looking for a Project Support Officer Inside IR35  for a 3 months contract based REMOTELY with occasional travel to London 

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance. 

As a Project Support Officer  your main responsibilities will be to

• Support workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify, capture, and refine reporting requirements.
• Assist with documenting business requirements, reporting requirements, and code rationalisation requirements.
• Maintain requirements documentation and support traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and schedule testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing.
• Support the preparation and distribution of testing materials and communications.

Essential:

• Experience supporting testing activities and coordinating stakeholder feedback.
• Experience supporting projects or programmes within a structured delivery environment.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in project governance

Desirable:

• Experience in writing and delivering training - highly desirable
• Experience in Jira and Oracle
