Description & Requirements


On behalf of DHSC , we are looking for a People & Organisational Development Workstream Support PMO Inside IR35  for a contract ending 31st of March 2027 based Hybrid in either London or Leeds 


This is a high-profile opportunity to contribute to one of the government’s most significant reform programmes.

These roles sit at the heart of delivery within the DHSC–NHSE Joint Transformation Programme, providing analytical, coordination and management capability across organisational design and PMO and Finance activity


As a People & Organisational Development Workstream Support PMO Inside IR35 , your main responsibilities will be to:


  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and efficiency across all workstream activities within the workstream.
  • Hands-on position will support the workstream in the design and implementation of key programme processes, including risk logs, reporting templates, and data collection
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting papers, and relevant documentation to delegates in a timely manner.
  • Support process management and continuous improvement initiatives across the workstream


Essential:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with risk and issue management tools and reporting systems.
  • Ability to work flexibly, independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
