Facilities Manager– Inside IR35
Contract Duration: 3 – 12 months

Location: Remote, Hybrid & UK Wide

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational management of buildings and services, ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment. This role is key to maintaining high standards across hard and soft facilities while supporting business operations and stakeholder needs.
As a Facilities Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
• Manage all aspects of facilities operations, including hard and soft services
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Manage supplier contracts and service-level agreements
• Control budgets and monitor costs effectively
• Coordinate space management and minor works projects
• Act as the main point of contact for site-related issues and escalations
• Support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives
Essential:
• Experience managing FM services (both hard and soft).
• Asset management, maintenance and contract & supplier management.
• Managing complex customer relationships and stakeholder liaison.
• Managing multi-project programmes of maintenance or capital investment.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. IWFM, NEBOSH, IOSH)
• Experience in a commercial, public sector, or corporate environment
• Knowledge of CAFM systems
