On behalf of the UK Space Agency , we are looking for an Economic & Finance Business Case Support Manager Inside IR35 for a contract ending 31st of March 2026 with possibility to be extended based REMOTELY 

As a Economic & Finance Business Case Support Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Develop the Economic Case section of a UKSA business case in line with HM Treasury Green Book principles and UKSA’s internal requirements, ensuring compliance with the Five Case Model and proportionate application of appraisal standards.
• Provide specialist economic analysis and financial modelling to support the business case development- with a primary focus on building a robust Should Cost Model (SCM) and drafting the Finance and Economic cases consistent with UKSA/DSIT guidance and the Five Case Model.
• Support annexes where required (Economic Appraisal, SCM, Benefits Map).
• Build a robust Should Cost Model (SCM) to underpin economic analysis and ensure consistency with financial case assumptions.

Essential:

• Strong knowledge of HMT Green Book and Five Case Model
• Proven experience in economic appraisal and cost-benefit analysis.
• Ability to develop financial models and interpret complex data.
• Excellent drafting and stakeholder engagement skills.
• You will have at least one of the qualifications: APMG Better Business Cases Practitioner or · APM or APM Chartered Project Professional / · PRINCE 2 Practitioner / MSP/ PMI Project Management Professional
