AMS PSR

On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Business Change Lead Inside IR35  for a 5 months contract based Hybrid 3 days a week in either London or Bristol

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance

As a Business Change Lead , your main responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure the CA design is aligned with MOD governance and processes, with a focus on transitioning (to be agreed) consultant-led outputs into MOD ownership by the end of the interim period.
• Build and develop strong relationships with MOD stakeholders, ensuring their input is reflected in the CA’s design and implementation, with a clear handover plan for ongoing engagement. Aligning with new NAD structures and defence reform.
• Progress problem statements for industry collaboration and identify pilot opportunities, ensuring processes are refined and documented for continuity post-April 2026.
• Prepare briefing materials and ensure governance processes are established and operational by the end of the role.
• Develop and document operational processes for the CA building on the Operating Model design, including resource planning and workload estimates, to ensure a seamless transition.

• Experience in defence
• Experience in change and project management in defence
• Experience in transformation and integration of new process
• Excellent stakeholder engagement

Desirable:

• Experience in Supply chain
