Description & Requirements

On behalf of GLD we are looking for a Legal Systems Compliance Practice Manager (Inside IR35) for a 12 months contract on a hybrid basis (3 days from London – Bristol, Manchester or Leeds will also be considered)

 

As a Legal Systems Compliance Practice Manager your main responsibilities will be:

  • Communicating clear direction on best practice on compliance and using legal systems
  • Developing and revising guidance and providing training on legal systems and compliance
  • Demonstrating a confident approach in engaging and communicating with teams and individuals along with good written skills
  • Interpreting and communicating the results of high-level reports
  • Providing support to Team Leaders, Business Management colleagues, Lexcel and CMS Champions
  • Supporting the development and change process of CMS
  • Supporting GLD in preparing for Legal Practice Management system including review /cleanse of CMS data
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, to set deadlines and prioritise workloads

 

Essential: 

  • Confident using and improving key systems such as the Case Management System, Zylpha, Sightline, and Egress, with good skills in Excel and data interpretation.
  • Experience supporting compliance or quality standards, ensuring that processes and procedures are followed correctly and consistently.
  • Able to manage and support change, work to deadlines, and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Skilled at creating and updating guidance and delivering clear, engaging training to different teams.
  • Strong communicator who can explain information clearly, build good relationships, and work well with colleagues at all levels.
  • Comfortable analysing information, spotting issues or trends, and suggesting practical ways to improve systems and processes.

 

Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
