Description & Requirements
On behalf of ACAS, we are looking for a SharePoint Administrator (Outside IR35) for a 3 Month contract based Remotely with occasional travel to an ACAS office.
As a SharePoint Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:
- Establish ownership across all sites (named owner + business purpose + review date)
- Provide best practices for SharePoint environment
- Provide a report that identifies non-compliance to best practice with recommendations for remediation, especially “legacy/standalone” sites.
- Migrating where appropriate to Microsoft 365 group-connected structures and standard provisioning
- Address inactive sites via archive/retire process (reduce stale permissions and unknown exposure)
- Implement standard site provisioning with mandatory fields (owner, purpose, sensitivity, retention category) to prevent future sprawl
Essential:
- SharePoint labelling experience.
- MS Purview experience.
- Power Automate experience.
