Description & Requirements




On behalf of the Advisory, Concilliation and Arbitration Service, we are looking for a Programme Manager - AI (Outside IR35) for a 9 month contract based REMOTELY with some ad hoc travel.


As a Programme Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:


  • Develop and secure approval for the AI business case in collaboration with project leads and subject matter experts (SMEs). Some funding is already available for the first tranche of projects.
  • Identify and manage stakeholder relationships, highlighting the need for senior-level support.
  • Provide direction and guidance on development to the team.
  • Secure resources and direct planning, scheduling, resourcing, and estimating for complex and large-scale programmes.
  • Oversee risk and issue management, ensure mitigations are in place and resolve through negotiated agreements.
  • Maintain the overall integrity and coherence of the programme and governance frameworks to support each project.


Essential:


  • Experience in the delivery of complex programmes in a government or regulated environment.
  • Experience managing budgets exceeding £1m and multiple workstreams.
  • Experience delivering digital transformation.
  • Experience delivering AI initiatives.
  • Supplier and contract management experience.
  • Knowledge of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and assurance processes.
